Q: Where is your shopping catalog?

A: We don`t have a standard catalog we only do custom orders.

Q: How do I order?

A: Simply call us provide us. After that we exchange work e-mails, then you tell us exactly which armament you want recreated, then we will ask you a couple of questions and after a couple of days we will send you a schematic and a 3d model and await your feedback.

Q: Do you operate worldwide?

A: Yes we ship worldwide. But that does carry a chance of cargo going missing or being damaged!

Q: What to do if my order isn`t to my liking?

A: Depending on the complaint we can refund you the money once you send back the item (the transport fee will be covered by us!) then we will either fix the problem or start from scratch. But that`s in cases where we have failed to deliver something to your specifications, if the item is exactly as you have ordered it we will not issue a refund.
